  5. Force Majeure:
    • The Gita Framework is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, power failures, or other disasters.
  6. Client Responsibilities:
    • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of services.
    • Failure to provide required information or cooperation may result in delays or cancellation of the service without a refund.
  7. Contact Information:
    • Clients are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date with The Gita Framework.
    • The Gita Framework is not responsible for any communication issues arising from outdated or inaccurate client contact information.
