Refund and Returns Policy


We adopt an easy 7-day returns policy as long as the product(s) are unused and returned with all the original packaging, labels and tags intact and unspoiled. 

Every return request is treated as an individual case. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gifts with packaging.
  • Downloadable products.
  • Products purchased using coupon code.

Return Process

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can reach out to us on the number or email below to place your return request within 7 days of delivery of the product.

Please make sure the product is unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

Products purchased under any special offer are only eligible for an exchange.


– If the returned products meet our return policy guidelines, we’d be happy to –

– Refund your amount to the original mode of payment. Refunds take 7-10 business days to be processed once they are initiated from our end.

– A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Delivery issues related to undelivered, missing and/or damaged boxes to be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please note delivery confirmation is shared by the agent via text and/or email.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if the given pincode (zip code) is not serviceable by our delivery partner. You payment will be refunded within 5-7 days after cancelation.
